Move over Adobe Slate..

Last week I blogged about the awesomeness of Adobe slate. This week I decided that I should give equal time to an also-amazing technology called Adobe Voice. Adobe Voice is a great presentation technology that allows you to talk to tell your story in an easy made presentation format. You're creating a video with no filming, just a blank page and some great storytelling skills. The end result is a polished presentation that brings words and pictures to life using your voice in a presentation the way nothing else has ever done in minutes. It is simple to use and has an iOS iPad app. This would allow students to explain an idea, concept, or tell a story. I could see it used as a way to deliver a poem in English class, promote a humanitarian issue in social studies, create awareness for something in peace and justice class, and allow students to practice their language of study in foreign-language class. You talk through the presentation one line at a time with one touch recording, choose from thousands of beautiful, iconic images to show your ideas and then it automatically creates cinema quality animation that is playable on any device.  Check out a few of these videos to see examples. I'm going to use it in collaboration with Adobe Slate for a Global Goals project in April and then mash it together with Thinglink.
